Prof. Tsu-Lin Mei, age 90, passed away peacefully at Cayuga Medical Center, U.S. on October 14, 2023. Born on February 14, 1933, in Beijing, China, son of Yi-pao and Vong-Kyih Nyi Mei. Prof. Pang-hsin Ting was native to Rugao, Jiangsu Province, China. He was born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province on October 15, 1937. He graduated from National Taiwan University where he obtained his BA and MA degrees.
